Delivery and Returns
AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS
We use Australia Post – . Postage is $10 per parcel or free with every order over $60 to all Australian destinations.
We aim to have your order processed and on its way to you within 4 working days. Dependent on your location, your order should be with you within 7 days.
USA CUSTOMERS
We use Australia Post International and DHL Courier Service. International postage is a flat rate of AU$35. We aim to have your processed and on its way to you within 2 working days. Delivery times vary between approximately 10 and 15 days (although can be longer for remote locations).
REST OF THE WORLD
We use Australia Post International and other courier services. International shipping is a flat rate of AU$35. We aim to have your processed and on its way to you within 2 working days. Dependent on your location, your order should be with you within 5-20 days (although can be longer for remote locations).
RETURNS
We offer a no stress returns policy. We know you’ll love the convenience of buying us online, and while we try to make the process as close to buying in a ‘regular’ store as possible, we understand that sometimes things may not quite fit or suit your kids when they arrive. You may return anything bought from us online within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange if you prefer. Please ensure that returns have not been worn and labels are attached. For hygiene reasons, please ensure that swimwear is tried on over underwear.
HOW DO I PROCESS AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
To make a return simply download the returns form, fill it in and send back with your item. Please email us to let us know it is on the way so we can keep an eye out.
The cost of return postage is your responsibility but we will pay the cost of posting out any exchanges to you. We suggest returning goods via registered mail as we do not take responsibility for returns lost in transit.
